Ethnic Weddings
The Dray and Dray Marquee are
ideal rooms to hold an ethnic wedding reception as couples are
permitted to utilise their own choice of external caterers in these
rooms.
The Hop Farm hire the rooms to the couple and then allow them to
organise all other aspects of the day. The only element that
The Hop Farm will always take care of is the fully stocked and
staffed bar. The Hop Farm reserve the rights to sell all
beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) that are required for the
wedding day.
The Dray has the capacity to seat 250 guests for a dinner, and has
a standing capacity of up to 450 guests. The Dray Marquee has
a seated dining capacity of 275 guests, again with a standing
capacity in excess of 400 guests.
Our pricing is designed to be flexible and to meet your individual
requirements, ranging from room hire only to an inclusive package
which includes room hire plus all required tables, chairs, linen,
cutlery and crockery.
Our flexibility and unrivalled levels of service mean that we aim
to fulfil all of your requirements, to create an occasion that
satisfies your individual taste and is unique to you and your
guests. We will do all we can to create the perfect tailor-made
occasion for you.
We recognise that you may have different Traditions and Customs
and that by offering The Dray and Dray Marquee as a VENUE ONLY
option this may allow you to accommodate these here at The Hop
Farm.
We also recognise that we do not
have the experience of cooking in the style that you may wish for
and again for this reason we are able to offer you the opportunity
to select your own preferred caterers to use.
The Wedding Co-ordinator will be happy to work closely with you
prior and during the event to ensure all your guests have an
enjoyable experience.
